We must receive the item in the same condition that Gatecrafters.com shipped it in, with return shipping pre-paid. Items not received in same condition will have additional restock fees deducted to recover the cost of returning the item to resellable condition or discounted sale. Custom made items, special ordered items or electrical parts may not be returned.

Any item missing from the order must be reported to the company within 10 days of receipt.
